The SULLIVAN PALATEK 8000009 separator element is located inside the air oil separator tank and separate the compressed air from the residual oil coming out of the compression bloc.
The air oil separator tank normally has a preliminary mechanical separator to remove most of the liquid oil, the element function is to capture the mist created by the flow and velocity of the mix getting into the tank.
